Our Teas

Webster's has the largest tea selection in the area -- over 80 teas, chais, and even some locally-made tea mixtures. From delicate white teas to hearty black teas and flavorful chais, you'll be sure to find a favorite!

Chai Lattes

We believe that chai should be freshly brewed, not taken from a box. Chai lattes were developed from the Indian tradition of brewing fresh tea with hot milk. (We offer whole, skim, or soy milk. Try getting that from a box!) Our chais may take a little longer to steep, but the health benefits and the flavors make it worth the wait.

Any tea can be prepared as a chai latte, but we found these to be especially good:

Caffeinated

  • Indian Spice - Traditional flavors
  • Cochin Masala - Ginger-based
  • Fair Trade Ceylon - Locally blended
  • Itzamna's Elixir - Spicy Mexican chocolate blend
  • Garuda Chai - Locally blended, traditional with vanilla hints
  • Ginger Peach
  • Green Tea Chai
  • Le Marche Cinnamon Black - Spicy, smoky blend
  • Eris' Golden Apple - Low caffeine, tastes like apple pie -- really!

Rooibos Chais (Caffeine Free)

  • Bourbon Street Vanilla - No spice, just smooth vanilla flavor
  • Belgian Chocolate - Silky chocolate flavor
  • Rooibos Masala - Traditional Indian spices
  • Le Marche Cinnamon Rooibos - Spicy, smoky blend - but no caffeine
  • Orange Grove Vanilla - Creamsicle in a glass... great for kids

Naturally Flavored Teas

We use flavoring oils not crystals to give the tea drinker an olfactory holiday before indulging in a liquid tea treat. We specify natural flavors. High quality tea tastes good and natural flavors do not mask the natural taste of the high grown Ceylon tea. (The norm for many making flavored tea is to use overpowering artificial flavors, which can be used to hide lower quality tea). Natural flavors do not leave an aftertaste giving the tea a clean and true character. It should be noted that natural flavors tend to be somewhat soft and the flavors slightly muted, but for many this is a refreshing change and one of the desired attributes of our naturally flavored teas.

Local Blends

With our large selection of teas, we're able to mix components to get the perfect tea you crave. Feeling under the weather? Try White Water Herbs "Ruthless Cold Killer" with Echinacea, or Elaine's remedy with Rooibos, peppermint, ginger, and a whole lot of love.
